Event Entry & Tickets

This page is where you can find out how to purchase tickets for the event and to submit an application to trade or exhibit over the weekend. Please click on the relevant section below to learn more.

If you like to plan ahead and make sure you are organised on the day, why not purchase tickets in advance? Ticket sales online will be available until 11am on the 7th September, after which tickets will be available to purchase on the gate using cash or card payments.

Do you want to make a weekend of it and ensure you don’t miss out on any of the activity? We have a licenced bar and live entertainment on the Friday and Saturday evening. A full weekend camping pitch entitles two adults and two children to the full event for both days whilst staying in a rural setting in Lower Wensleydale.

Our Craft and Food Market offers the opportunity to showcase and raise the profile of your brand whilst having exposure to 10,000 people across the two days to attract sales.

Trade space can be booked at the following rates:

  • £70.00 (no VAT) 1 x 6-foot table
  • £105.00 (no VAT) 2 x 6-foot tables
  • £140.00 (no VAT) 3 x 6-foot tables

Located in a market style avenue of stalls, we offer a great platform for many diverse traders wishing to attract custom. We have a flexible approach to stall sizing and very competitive rates so why not consider spending the weekend with us.

We hold an annual ploughing competition on the Saturday of the show with cash prizes available to class winners. We welcome all abilities to come and have a go with their vintage tractor and plough.

Do you have a classic vehicle or stationary engine? If so, why not enter into our event to show it off to visitors and spend a weekend alongside likeminded enthusiasts? We have many exhibitor classes, including:

We hold a Produce Show on the Sunday of the event that offers people to showcase their homemade produce and crafts whilst also competing for first prize in their class! It’s a great opportunity and excuse to get crafty, culinary and green fingered!
